Get up-close and interactive with us straight from best-selling cookbook author Leah Koenig's kitchen in NYC! We will learn to make this unique Middle Eastern Spiced Pumpkin Pie, crust-to-filling.
The $18 ticket price includes: Zoom class with Leah Koenig and at-home kit with authentic Middle Eastern spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice and coriander), graham crackers, canned pumpkin, and chocolate for garnishing. All ingredients will be kosher and bagged under VAAD supervision.
There is also a $10 option (ingredients not included) for those who wish to participate but are out of town.
Those wanting at-home kits must register by Thursday, Nov. 5.
The kits will be available at The J for pickup or for home delivery on Friday, November 6. Pick-ups will be from 10:00 am - noon and 3:00 - 5:00 pm at the front circle. Home deliveries will be from noon - 3:00 pm.
